A rare opportunity has arisen to join us at our head quarters close to Inverness, reporting in to the Stock Control Manager.
Using your organisational and numeracy skills you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Stock Control Team. This will relate to cask fillings, warehousing, cask selection and movements under regulations governed by HMRC.
The nature of this role requires building strong working relationships across the Production, Finance and Sales teams along with external customers and regulatory bodies whilst ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their skills and work across several areas of the business.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience within business administration, who is enthusiastic to develop a wider business understanding and keen to help further develop existing stock control systems. A knowledge of HMRC Duty legislation and stock control software packages such as DRAMS, although preferable, is not essential as full training will be provided.
