Before visiting our online store please read the following Terms & Conditions, click on the Accept button and you will be redirected to our Online Store.

Purchases from The Tomatin Online Shop are subject to the following terms and conditions: 
I. The Tomatin Online Shop is open only to private individuals over the age of 18. Tomatin Scotch Whisky or Liqueur products can only be delivered to UK addresses.
II. Payment for goods can only be made using one of the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB or Switch. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server using encrypted email. 
III. We reserve the right to vary the prices of the goods on sale at any time without prior notice. However, the total price quoted will not change after your order has been acknowledged. This price includes VAT, packaging and delivery to the address given in the order form. 
IV. Orders are normally fulfilled within 14 working days of receipt. Within 1 working day of receiving your order, you receive a confirmation of your order by email along with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference.
V. If, upon delivery of your order, the goods are damaged or incorrect, please return the items to the address in paragraph IX below. The cost of any postage incurred will be refunded to your debit/credit card. The goods will be refunded or replaced according to your instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
VI. If, upon delivery of your order, you change your mind and wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you may do so within 7 working days of delivery, provided it has not been used. You are responsible for paying the return postage and packaging (using adequate packaging) and we refund your debit/credit card with an amount equivalent to the original purchase price of the returned goods (including their original postage charge) within 30 days. 
VII. To email you with details of special Tomatin Online Shop offers, if you provide your consent we store your details (name, address and other details) in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may also use your details for market research purposes - see para VIII for more details. Your credit/debit card details are not stored for longer than 14 days after despatch of your order. Your personal details are not made available to any third parties unless required by law. If you have any questions, email us at shop@tomatin.co.uk. 
VIII. Personal details, such as name, address, email address, date of birth, and telephone numbers are held on our database to enable fulfilment of any orders you make via our online shop. If you have given your consent, we may also use your personal details to alert you to any future offers available through the online store or other information about Tomatin distillery’s brands. Any additional information you have supplied (such as whisky purchasing habits, reasons for purchase, preferred brands etc.) may be used for consumer and market research purposes and to help develop new products. All details supplied are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and although we may share them with other responsible organisations or third parties in order to help us with market research activities or communicating with you, they will not be used to send you information about any other organisation's products or services.
IX. The supplier of the goods is Tomatin Distillery Ltd, Tomatin, Inverness-shire, Scotland IV13 7YT. Any questions or comments about this service in general or your order in particular can be made at the above address or by telephone +44 (0) 1808 511234, fax +44 (0) 1808 511373. Telephone/Fax calls are answered during distillery opening times (09:00 to 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday) and are billed at the current national or international rate.

We regret that we are currently unable to deliver whisky outside the UK.
