Colour - Pale yellow.

Aroma - Light and fresh. Quite aromatic. Pear drop, orange, apple, citrus notes. Like walking through an orchard.

Taste - Smooth, full-bodied, with underlying creaminess; fills the palate. Clovey-spiceness mixed with orange peel.

Finish - Full and long. Satisfying.
