Single malt whisky is made with these three ingredients, uniquely by one distillery – hence the term ‘single’ malt.

At Tomatin, the water comes straight off the Monadhliath Mountains fed into the distillery from the Allt-na-Frithe (which means free burn, or stream), which flows through peat and heather over hard red granite.
